There are two leaderboards awarding $90,000 USD1 to traders and makers, with additional challenges awarding $10,000 USD1 and more prizes throughout the duration of the Contest.

Please read the rules carefully and ensure that you connect your email and relevant social media accounts to your Myriad account.
Leaderboards: Top Earners and Top Makers
Top Earners
- Traders are ranked by total PnL (in $ amount, not percentage) from any and all of their trades in any and all of the World Cup Contest Markets (listed in the World Cup section of the website).
- Total Prize Pool: $55,000
- Prizes will be awarded to the Top 100 Earners and deposited directly into their wallets.
- 1st Place Prize: $20,000
- All positions and trades in Eligible Markets count towards the Leaderboard rankings, including the small number of trades and orders already created and executed prior to the publication of the Contest details.
- The final leaderboard will be computed and verified by Myriad prior to prize distribution based on traders' total realized PnL.
Top Makers Weekly
- Makers are ranked in weekly leaderboards by highest total Notional Maker Volume.
- Limit orders must sit on the Order Book of eligible markets for any amount of time prior to being filled partially or fully to be considered maker orders. Learn more about maker versus taker.
- Weekly Prize Pool: $5,000
- Prizes are awarded to the Top 5 Makers each week
- Weekly 1st Place Prize: $2,000
- The weekly leaderboard resets at the end of each competition week at 00:00 UTC on Mondays.
- The first week runs from Thursday May 28 at 14:00 UTC until Monday June 8 at 00:00 UTC. The following weeks will run from Monday 00:00 UTC to Monday 00:00 UTC. The final week will run until the closure or resolution of the last Eligible Market.
- Only Notional Maker Volume generated between Thursday May 28 14:00 UTC and the closure or resolution of the last Eligible Market will be considered in the Leaderboard.
- Notional Maker Volume generated after Thursday May 28 14:00 UTC from limit orders posted prior also count towards the ranking.
- Notional Maker Volume generated before Thursday May 28 at 14:00 UTC does not count towards the ranking but remains eligible for bonus MYR Points.
- The final leaderboards will be computed and verified by Myriad prior to prize distribution.
Additional prizes
Additional prizes will be distributed throughout the contest. Check them out in the All Prizes tab of the Rewards page and stay tuned to Myriad’s official social media channels to participate in the additional challenges.
Eligible Markets
Only Order Book markets listed in the World Cup section of the website will count toward leaderboards.
New eligible markets will be introduced throughout the duration of the contest. Use the “Newest” sorting option to detect them regularly.
Tie-breakers
In case of ties at the time of final leaderboard computation, prior to prize distribution, the following conditions will be used to break ties between participants who display the same main ranking metrics.
Top Earners
- Highest number of profitable positions in different eligible markets.
- Earliest to reach the final total PnL.
Top Makers
- Highest number of eligible markets with notional maker volume.
- Earliest to reach the final Notional Maker Volume.
In the unlikely case that the conditions above are not sufficient to break ties, tied players will share the sum of the rewards assigned to the ranks they would otherwise occupy. For example, if two participants are tied for first place in a leaderboard, the sum of the rewards assigned to first and second place will be split 50/50 between both players.
Fair play
To ensure fair play, Myriad, at its own discretion, reserves the right to review the ranking and/or eligibility of participants, and/or to review or clarify these rules based on technical and behavioral observations. Unfair behavior, including but not limited to ring-trading, self-trading, flash-trading, API manipulation, etc., will lead to disqualification or penalization.
The final leaderboard rankings will be computed by Myriad taking fair play into account prior to prize distribution.
