Market Details:

• Market Period: From the publication date through December 22, 2025, at 6:00 AM UTC.
• Market Close: December 22, 2025, at 6:00 AM UTC, six hours before Resolution Time.
• Resolution Time: December 22, 2025, at 12:00 PM UTC.
• Market Target: $400.00

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Above” if the ZEC/USDT price on Binance is above the Market Target at Resolution Time.
• Resolves to “Below” if the ZEC/USDT price is below the Market Target at Resolution Time.
• If the price is exactly at the Market Target at Resolution Time, the market resolves to the colour of the last 1m candle.
  • If it's green, the market resolves to “Above”.
  • If it's red, the market resolves to “Below”.

Resolution Details:

• The Binance ZEC/USDT spot price will be used, specifically:
  • One-minute timeframe ("1m").
  • “Trading View“.
  • “Close” price.
• Only the price of ZEC/USDT as quoted by Binance (spot market) will be considered.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:

• The ZEC/USDT spot market on Binance is suspended or becomes unreliable.
• The Binance platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period.
• Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
