Yes/No Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if YZY’s market cap is strictly above the Market Target at Resolution Time.
• Resolves to “No” if YZY’s market cap is equal to or below the Market Target at Resolution Time.

This market will resolve based on the YZY Dexscreener MCap chart only, specifically:

Resolution details:

• minute timeframe ("1m")
• "Original" view
• “Close” price of each candle
• Market cap in USD

If the market cap value at Resolution Time is not available, the last available data point before will be used for resolution.

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be cancelled/invalid if:

• DEX Screener is suspended, becomes unreliable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period
• Any circumstance that prevents reliable tracking during the Market Period
• YZY is delisted from Dexscreener

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
