Yes/No Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if the XRP/USDT price on Binance is strictly above the Price Target at the Resolution Time.
• Resolves to “No” if the XRP/USDT price on Binance is equal to or below the Price Target at the Resolution Time.

Resolution

The Binance XRP/USDT spot price will be used, specifically the closing price of the 1-minute candle at Resolution Time, viewed on:

1. 1 minute timeframe ("1m")
2. "Original" view
3. "Close" price

Only the price of XRP/USDT as quoted by Binance (spot market) will be considered.

If the market cap value at Resolution Time is not available, the last available data point before will be used for resolution.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

1. The Binance page (or an equivalent source) is not available at the resolution time.
2. The XRP/USDT spot market is not available on Binance at the resolution time.
3. Any other circumstance renders resolution impossible or unreliable based on the designated resolution source.

If the market is canceled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
