Market Details:

  • Market Period: From the publication date through January 19, 2025, at 12:00 PM UTC.
  • Market Close: January 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM UTC, 24 hours before Resolution Time.
  • Resolution Time: January 19, 2025, at 12:00 PM UTC.
  • Market Target: $600.00

Resolution Criteria:

  • Resolves to “Above” if the XMR/USDT price on TradingView is above the Market Target at Resolution Time.
  • Resolves to “Below” if the XMR/USDT price is below the Market Target at Resolution Time.
  • If the price is exactly at the Market Target at Resolution Time, the market resolves to the colour of the last 1m candle.
    • If it's green, the market resolves to “Above”.
    • If it's red, the market resolves to “Below”.
  • In case the resolution source currently used for resolution becomes unreliable, unavailable, or experiences major changes, it may be changed to the next TradingView Product Spot source.

Resolution Details:

The resolution will be determined by using the Price as displayed on TradingView (Product: HTX) at Resolution Time, specifically:

  • 1-minute timeframe ("1m").
  • "Close" price (C).

Only the Price of XMR/USDT as quoted by TradingView (spot market) will be considered.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:

  • The XMR/USDT spot market on TradingView is suspended or becomes unreliable.
  • The TradingView platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period.
  • Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
