• Market Period: From market publication until January 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Market Close: January 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC, two days before the Resolution Time.
• Resolution Time: January 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC, or earlier if a pardon is officially granted during the Market Period.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if Keonne Rodriguez (Samourai Wallet developer) is granted a presidential pardon, issued by Donald J. Trump, in his capacity as President of the United States, at any point before Resolution Time.
• The action must be formally granted and publicly recorded through an official government announcement or publication (e.g., DOJ Pardon Attorney list, White House release, or Federal Register notice).
• Statements solely made by President Trump, Keonne Rodriguez, or their representatives without official confirmation will not be sufficient for resolution.
• If no official record or announcement of a pardon exists by the Resolution Time, the market resolves “No.”

Resolution Details:

• The U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of the Pardon Attorney will serve as the primary resolution source.
• Secondary confirmations may come from Reuters, Associated Press (AP), The New York Times, or Bloomberg, provided that such reports directly cite official government releases or records.
• If discrepancies or conflicting information arise, official government publications will take precedence over secondary reporting.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:

This market will be canceled if:

• The official pardon announcement records or the DOJ’s pardon database become unavailable, inaccessible, or unreliable during the Market Period.
• A pardon is issued but later revoked, invalidated, or annulled before Resolution Time.
• Any extraordinary event prevents a verifiable determination of the outcome.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This may result in a profit or loss depending on share prices.
