Market Dates:

• Market Closes: February 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Resolution Time: February 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET, or earlier if an outcome is reached.

Resolution Criteria:

• The market resolves to “Yes” if Kevin Hassett is formally nominated to be Chair of the Federal Reserve by Donald Trump’s submission of a nomination message to the U.S. Senate.
• The market resolves to “No” if not.

Resolution Details:

• Acting or interim appointments will not count towards a “Yes” resolution.
• Formal nominations in the context of this market are defined as the submission of a nomination message to the U.S. Senate.
• The formal nomination has to come from Donald Trump, as President of the United States.

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions:

• The resolution source becomes unavailable, unreliable, or experiences major changes preventing verification.
• Any major external factor prevents fair or consistent resolution.
• Donald Trump is no longer in his position as President of the United States for any reason.

If canceled, participants may claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on their open positions.
