Yes/No Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if SBET's official closing price on NASDAQ is strictly above $45.00 on market’s closing date.
• Resolves to "No" if SBET's official closing price on NASDAQ is exactly $45.00 or lower on market’s closing date.

Resolution

This market resolves based on the official NASDAQ closing price data for SBET stock determined at the end of regular trading hours (4:00pm ET) on the NASDAQ exchange.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled if:

• Trading is suspended or halted for a significant period on June 9th.
• The company delists from NASDAQ before resolution.
• A merger, acquisition, or other corporate action significantly affects the stock price.
• The official NASDAQ price data becomes unavailable.
• Regular market trading is not conducted on June 9th due to unexpected exchange closure.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
