Market Dates:

• Market Close: From the publication date through December 5, 2025, at 3:00 PM UTC.
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after the resolution source has announced the outcome.

Resolution Criteria:

• This market will resolve to “Yes” if Lot 349 sells above the Market Target.
• This market will resolve to “No” if it sells for equal or below the Market Target, or no bid is placed on the lot.

Resolution Details:

• This market will be resolved through official information from Propstore Auction only.
• Lot 349 refers to “Rebel Pilot Helmet from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (1980)”, put up for auction as part of the Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction - London Winter 2025.
• This market will resolve based on the “Winning bid” amount as portrayed by the resolution source.
• The ''Winning bid'' is the highest bid without ''Buyer's Premium'' and is also known as the Hammer Price.

Cancellation Conditions:

• The resolution source is compromised at Resolution Time, doesn’t provide an outcome or announces contradictory amounts.
• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome definitively.
• The auction is cancelled or postponed indefinitely.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
