• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after November 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC, or earlier if the outcome is reached.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if the SEC officially approves the Canary Pengu ETF.
• Resolves to “No” if not.

Resolution Details:

• A “Yes” resolution can only be achieved by the SEC approving the following ETF: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/2059693/000199937125002883/canarypengu-s1_032025.htm
• No other ETFs are subject to this market.

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions:

This market will be canceled/voided if:

• The resolution source is unavailable or compromised.
• Extraordinary circumstances prevent reliable determination of the outcome.

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
