• Market Close: September 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC. The Market Close date is subject to change as soon as Apple announces the exact date and time of their September keynote event. This market will close ahead of the event, which is likely to be between September 8 and 10.
• Resolution Time: The resolution will be determined after Apple has officially announced the price of the iPhone 17.

Resolution criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if the price of the iPhone 17 is strictly above $799.00
• Resolves to “No” if it's equal to $799.00 or lower

Resolution details:

• Only the price of the base iPhone 17 model in the United States will be considered for resolution. The prices of other related phones like the iPhone 17 Pro or the iPhone 17 Air are not the subject to this market.
• This market resolves to the first announced price of the iPhone 17. Later changes to price are outside of the scope of this market and will not be of any influence to this market's resolution.

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• The iPhone 17 price is not announced before December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC
• Apple discontinues its iPhone range
• Any circumstance prevents determining the outcome

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
