Market Dates:

• Market Period: From publication date until December 21, 2025, at 3:59 AM UTC.
• Market Close: December 21, 2025, at 3:59 AM UTC, ahead of Saturday’s Powerball Draw.
• Resolution Time: The resolution will be determined once the resolution source has confirmed the outcome.

Yes/No Criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if the Powerball "Grand Prize” is won in Saturday’s Powerball Draw.
• Resolves to "No" if not.

Resolution:

• This market will exclusively be resolved based on official data by Powerball.

Cancelation Conditions:

• The resolution source becomes unavailable or unreliable.
• The Powerball Grand Prize is canceled.

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
