Market Dates:

• Market Period: From market publication until Market Close.
• Observation Period: From market publication to December 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Market Close: December 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Resolution Time: The resolution will be determined after the Observation Period has ended, or earlier if an outcome is reached.

Market Targets:

1. BTC: $99,000.00
2. ETH: $3,900.00
3. SOL: $199.00
4. BNB: $999.00

Resolution Criteria:

Resolves to “Yes” if at least three of the Market Targets are hit during the Observation Period.

Resolves to “No” if only 2 or less of the Market Targets are hit during the Observation Period.

Resolution Details:

• Binance will be used as primary resolution sources.
• For a Market Target to count as hit, any 1-minute candle during the Observation Period has to close above it.
• Any target can be hit during the Observation Period and then retrace, for example; three markets do not have to be above target at the same time.

The market resolves based on the 1-minute chart with the following specifications:

• 1-minute timeframe ("1m").
• Trading View.
• "Close" price of each candle.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:

• Any circumstance prevents reliable tracking for a prolonged time during the Observation Period.
• Binance is suspended, become unreliable or experiences significant disruptions during the Observation Period.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
