Market Dates:

• Market Period: From market publication until March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Market Close: March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Resolution Time: At Market Close or earlier during the Market Period if the outcome is determined.

Resolution Criteria:

• The market resolves “Yes” if Ryanair officially announces that a person whose first name is exactly “Ryan” is taking charge of the company in a top-leadership role equivalent to Chief Executive Officer, Acting/Interim CEO, or Group CEO at any point during the Market Period.
• Only a first name of “Ryan” qualifies — last names, middle names, surnames, nicknames, or abbreviations do not count unless the official announcement explicitly identifies the person’s first name as Ryan.
• If Ryanair appoints a “Ryan” to any non-top executive position — e.g., CFO, COO, CCO, board member, regional head, deputy, VP — the market does not resolve as Yes.
• If Ryanair announces a reorganization in which multiple people share leadership but explicitly names a Ryan as one of the individuals jointly in charge of the company, the market resolves Yes.
• The market resolves “No” if no qualifying appointment is officially announced before Market Close.

Resolution Details:

• The primary resolution source will be Ryanair’s official communications, including announcements made through its official social media channels.
• The announcement must clearly state that a person named Ryan is taking charge of the company in an official leadership role (e.g. CEO or equivalent).

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:

• Ryanair’s official communication channels become unavailable, unreliable, or experience major changes.
• Company leadership structure changes in a way that makes it unclear who is officially “in charge”.
• Any circumstance prevents a reliable determination of the company’s leadership status during the Market Period.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This may result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of outstanding shares.
