This market resolves based on announcements on the Ethereum Magicians forum, confirmed by core developers. If this forum becomes unavailable, this market will resolve based on respected crypto media reporting, including but not limited to Decrypt.

If at market close, Pectra has successfully deployed on Ethereum mainnet, the market resolves to "Yes." Otherwise, it resolves to "No."
