Market Dates:

• Market Period: From market publication until May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Market Close: May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Resolution Time: By Market Close or earlier if the outcome is determined.

Yes/No Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if OpenSea officially launches a token on or before the Market Close.
• The token must be publicly announced by OpenSea and transferable on a blockchain within the Market Period.
• If the token launch or announcement occurs outside of the Market Period, the market will resolve to “No.”
• Resolves to “No” if no eligible token launch is announced or occurs by the Market Close.

Resolution Details:

• The outcome will be determined based on public announcements from OpenSea, including but not limited to:
  • OpenSea’s verified X (formerly Twitter) account
  • OpenSea’s official website
  • Other official company communication channels
• Unverified reports, leaks, or third-party speculation will not be considered for resolution.
• The token launched must be branded as OpenSea’s official token or similar to resolve “Yes.”
• Stablecoins do not count towards resolution.

Cancellation Conditions:

• The platform ceases operations before the resolution date.
• The resolution source becomes unavailable or compromised.
• Any other circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome undisputably.

If the market is canceled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
