Market Dates:

• Market Period: From market publication until September 14, 2025, at 9:59 AM UTC
• Market Close: September 14 2025, at 09:59 AM UTC, just before the vote
• Resolution Deadline: The outcome will be determined based on Hyperliquid’s information made available from their official channels before September 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC

Yes/No Criteria

• The market resolves to "Yes" if Native Markets is officially declared the winner of the USDH validator vote by Hyperliquid before the resolution deadline.
• The market resolves to "No" if:
  • Another participant wins the USDH validator vote
  • Native Markets is not declared the winner by the resolution deadline
  • Native Markets withdraws from the vote

Resolution

The market will resolve based on official information on social media (including but not limited to X and Discord) from Hyperliquid or the Hyperliquid Foundation regarding the outcome of the USDH validator vote.

Cancellation Conditions

This market will be canceled if:

• The validator vote is not completed by the Resolution Deadline
• No clear winner is declared by Hyperliquid
• The vote is postponed or canceled
• Any technical issues or circumstances prevent a definitive outcome

If the market is canceled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
