Market Dates:

• Market Close: August 2, 2025, at 1:00 AM UTC, approximately when the sun is scheduled to set in Texas
• Resolution Time: The resolution will be determined after the resolution source has uploaded the full data for the night of August 1, 2025

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if strictly above 1,500,000 birds fly over Texas in the night of August 1, 2025
• Resolves to "No" if equal to or less than 1,500,000 birds fly over Texas in the night of August 1, 2025

Resolution Details:

• This market will resolve based on the data published by the official BirdCast website

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions:

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• The resolution source is compromised or unavailable at resolution time
• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome definitively
• The resolution source doesn’t upload the data for the night of August 1, 2025

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
