Market Details:

• Market Close: This market will only be closed once a resolution is achieved.
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined as soon as an outcome is reached.
• Market Target: $9,000,000

Resolution Criteria:

• This market will resolve to “Yes” if Logan Paul’s Illustrator Pikachu card sells above the Market Target.
• This market will resolve to “No” if it doesn’t sell or it sells for equal or below the Market Target.

Resolution Details:

• This market will be resolved through official information from Goldin Auctions. In case the resolution source doesn’t report a conclusive outcome, Logan Paul’s official channels and the following media outlets reporting on the auction can be used as secondary sources: Reuters, AP News, Bloomberg and FOX Business.
• Only the sale price of the Japanese Pokemon Card Pikachu Illustrator graded PSA 10 that is formally owned by Logan Paul is of relevance to this market. No other lot, card or auction will be regarded.
• This market will resolve based on the “Winning bid” amount as portrayed by the resolution source.
• The ''Winning bid'' is the highest bid without ''Buyer's Premium'' and is also known as the Hammer Price.

Cancellation Conditions:

• The resolution sources don’t publish a conclusive outcome.
• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome definitively.
• The auction is cancelled or postponed indefinitely.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
