Market Dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date through June 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Market Close: June 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after the outcome is announced.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if FED Chair Kevin Warsh says the listed term during the FOMC Press Conference. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
• This market will resolve individually for each outcome.

Resolution Details:

• This market pertains to the scheduled FOMC Introductory Statement and press conference on June 17, 2026, at 2:30 PM ET by Kevin Warsh. His Introductory Statement as well as the following Q&A session, are subject to this market.
• Any usage of a word listed as an outcome regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market.
• Clips of old interviews or prerecorded videos being aired where Warsh is speaking, are subject to this market's resolution.
• Plural and possessive forms of the word will count toward this market’s resolution; other variations will not.
• If no such statement by Warsh happens by June 17, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".
• The primary resolution source for this market will be video as well as transcripts of the FOMC Press conference.

Cancelation Conditions:

• The resolution source is suspended, becomes unreliable, or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period.

If cancelled, participants may claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on their open positions.
