Market Dates:

• Market Period: From the market’s publication until December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Market Close: December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Resolution Time: December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if, at any point before or at Resolution Time, HYPE surpasses SOL in market capitalization.
• Resolves to “No” otherwise.

Market capitalization values will be compared using CoinGecko**:**

• HYPE: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/hyperliquid
• SOL: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/solana

In case CoinGecko becomes unreliable, unavailable, or stops showing relevant data, CoinMarketCap may be used as a secondary resolution source.

Resolution Details:

• The comparison will be made using the market capitalization as displayed on CoinGecko during the Market Period.

Cancellation Conditions:

• All available resolution sources become unreliable, unavailable or stop showing relevant data.

If cancelled, participants may claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their open positions, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on share prices at cancellation.
