Market Dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date through June 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Observation Period: June 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET through June 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Market Close: June 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after the outcome is announced.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren reportedly says the listed term during the Observation Period. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
• This market will resolve individually for each outcome.

Resolution Details:

• This market pertains to all Minority Press Releases featuring statements by Elizabeth Warren which are released during the Observation Period.
• Press Releases not released by the resolution source or released outside of the Observation Period are not subject to this market. All qualifying statements have to be made by U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren to trigger resolutions.
• Any usage of a word listed as an outcome regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market.
• Plural and possessive forms of the word will count toward this market’s resolution; other variations will not.
• The resolution source for this market will be the “Minority Press Releases” released by banking.senate.gov. No other sources will be regarded.

Cancelation Conditions:

• The resolution source is suspended, becomes unreliable, or experiences significant disruptions during the Observation Period.

If cancelled, participants may claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on their open positions.
