Market Dates:

• Market Period: From market publication until August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
• Market Close: August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
• Resolution Time: Upon official confirmation that Claude Fable 5 has been restored for U.S. customers, or upon Market Close if it has not been restored.

Resolution Criteria:

• This market resolves based on the first date Claude Fable 5 becomes generally available to eligible U.S. customers, according to the market listed dates.
• A qualifying model must be identified by Anthropic as Claude Fable 5, or explicitly confirmed by Anthropic to be the same model previously referred to as Claude Fable 5.
• If Anthropic officially confirms before August 31, 2026 that Claude Fable 5 has been permanently discontinued or will not return to U.S. customers, the market will resolve “No” for all outcomes.

Resolution Details:

• Resolution is based on the earliest official confirmation that Claude Fable 5 became generally available to eligible U.S. customers. A closed beta or any form of private access will not suffice.
• Availability may be established through Anthropic’s consumer products, API, or other official distribution channels, provided it is publicly announced as available to U.S. customers. Nationality-based restrictions within the U.S. do not disqualify availability if all other criteria are met.
• A model is considered publicly announced only if it is publicly accessible and labeled with the relevant version name on the company's official website. Labeling errors, placeholder text, or version names that do not correspond to a publicly accessible model do not qualify.
• Official announcements, product updates, API availability, and documentation published by Anthropic will determine the restoration date. All outcomes refer to Eastern Time (ET).

Resolution Sources:

• Official announcements, product updates, API documentation, and status pages published by Anthropic will be used as the primary resolution sources.
• Secondary reporting from reputable technology news outlets may be used for verification purposes if necessary.

Cancellation Conditions:

• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome definitively.
• The resolution sources are suspended, become unreliable, or fail to provide sufficient information to determine the outcome.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of their shares at cancellation.
