Resolution

This market resolves based on S-1 registration statements available on the SEC EDGAR database. Only filings officially recorded in the SEC EDGAR system during the Market Period will be considered for resolution. The filing does not have to be approved.

Cancellation Conditions

The market will be canceled if:

• The SEC EDGAR system is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period
• Any regulatory changes occur that fundamentally alter the ETF filing process
• The resolution cannot be determined with certainty from the official SEC records
