• Market Period: from the market publication until December 30, 2025 at 11:59PM UTC
• Market Close: December 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC, before the final trading day of 2025.
• Resolution Time: The outcome will be determined once both assets' yearly performance data is finalized on TradingView.

Resolution

• This market tracks the relative performance of BTC/USDT vs XAU/USD throughout 2025.
• Performance will be measured using TradingView's "12M" candle data dated "01 Jan '25" for:

1. BTC/USDT (Binance): https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=BINANCE%3ABTCUSDT

• XAU/USD (OANDA): https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=OANDA%3AXAUUSD
• The percentage change values displayed at the top of each chart will be compared.

Yes/No Criteria

• Resolves to "Yes" if BTC/USDT's percentage change for 2025 is higher than XAU/USD's percentage change.
• Resolves to "No" if BTC/USDT's percentage change for 2025 is equal to or lower than XAU/USD's percentage change.

Cancellation Conditions

This market will be canceled if:

• TradingView data becomes unavailable or unreliable
• Either trading pair is delisted or experiences significant market disruption
• Major changes in either asset's structure or trading conditions make the comparison invalid

If the market is canceled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
