- Resolution Time: July 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM UTC.
Market Targets:
- This event contains multiple independent “Pump” and “Dump” Anthropic Nasdaq Private Market Targets.
- “Pump” Targets (↑) are characterized by being above the Anthropic NPM price at the start of the Observation Period.
- “Dump” Targets (↓) are characterized by being below the Anthropic NPM price at the start of the Observation Period.
- Each Market Target resolves independently as either “Yes” or “No”.
Resolution Criteria:
“Pump” Market Targets:
- Resolves to “Yes” if the Anthropic NPM price is above or equal to the respective Market Target at any point during the Observation Period.
- Resolves to “No” if not.
“Dump” Market Targets:
- Resolves to “Yes” if the Anthropic NPM price is below or equal the respective Market Target at any point during the Observation Period.
- Resolves to “No” if not.
Resolution Details:
- NPM Prices are published only on trading days and updated once daily at 5:00 PM UTC on the next calendar day.
- If NPM has not published relevant data for every business date within the specified period by 5:00 PM UTC on July 1, 2026, this market may remain open through 3:59 AM UTC on July 4, 2026. If no additional data is published by then, the market will resolve using the available data.
- If NPM stops publishing relevant data before the end of the specified period, the market will resolve based on the NPM data published prior to the cessation of coverage, along with any applicable public market capitalization data following an IPO or direct listing.
- If the company completes an IPO or direct listing before the end of the Observation Period, the market will take into account both the relevant NPM valuations published from market publication through the IPO or direct listing date and the valuation implied by the official IPO or direct listing price, as well as the company’s public market capitalization from the IPO or direct listing date through the end of the Observation Period.
- Public market capitalization will be calculated using the highest/lowest official regular-hours trading price published for the company’s primary listed common equity on its primary exchange for any trading day during the Observation Period, multiplied by the company’s total outstanding common shares at the relevant time.
- If the listed company merges with or acquires another entity and continues as the parent company, the resolution methodology will remain unchanged.
- If Anthropic is acquired, merges into another entity and is no longer the surviving parent company, or otherwise ceases to exist as an independent entity prior to the end of the Observation Period, only NPM valuations and applicable public market capitalizations achieved prior to completion of the transaction will be considered for resolution. Any transaction, acquisition, or merger consideration will not be included in the resolution.

- The resolution source for this market will be data from: https://fe.secondmarket.com/companies/company-3e197763-4ff8-4d8c-bd1f-cc2792937757/data
- The resolution source following an IPO, direct listing, or relevant corporate action, will be official exchange trading data and publicly reported share counts.
- Revisions to previously published NPM data after initial release will not be considered unless they were made to correct clearly erroneous data. Revisions after a Market Target has already been resolved will not be considered.

- Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period.
If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
