BTCS added Pudgy Penguins to its treasury, marking a first for public markets. But will another NYSE-traded company follow in 2025?

Market Dates:

• Observation Period: From the publication date through December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Market Close: December 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC, or earlier if the outcome is reached

Resolution Criteria:

Resolves to "Yes" if Pudgy Penguins announces that an NYSE-traded company has added at least three Pudgy Penguin NFTs to its treasury

Resolves to “No” if no such announcement occurs

Resolution Details:

• Only announcements by Pudgy Penguins official social media accounts will trigger a resolution
• The company must be publicly traded on a NYC-based stock exchange at the time of purchase
• The purchases need to be made during the Observation Period
• At least three Pudgy Penguin NFTs must be acquired and held by the company
• The already existing NFT treasury by BTCS will not be considered for resolution

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:

This market will be canceled/voided if:

• Extraordinary circumstances prevent a reliable determination of the outcome

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
