Resolution criteria:

• This market will resolve to the title of the winner of the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards. For example, if Severance wins the Emmy, this market resolves to “Severance”. If a title that is not represented by its own bracket wins the Emmy, this market resolves to “Other”

This market will be resolved through official information from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Emmys official websites: https://theemmys.tv/ and https://www.televisionacademy.com/

Cancellation Conditions:

The market will be canceled/voided if:

• The resolution sources are compromised at Resolution Time, don’t provide an outcome or announce multiple winners for the Outstanding Drama Series Emmy
• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome definitively
• The 77th Primetime Emmy Awards are cancelled or postponed indefinitely
