Market dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date through December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Market Close: December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Resolution Time: The resolution will be determined after market closing, or earlier if the outcome is reached

Resolution criteria:

• Resolves to whichever option is named the next CEO of X Corp. For example, if Elon Musk is named the next CEO, this market resolves to “Elon Musk.”
• In case no new CEO is announced in 2025, this market resolves to “No CEO in 2025”.
• If a new CEO is announced that is not featured as an option, it resolves to “Other”

Resolution details:

• Interim CEO’s will not trigger a resolution
• Only official announcements from X official channels can trigger a resolution. The channels that will be taken into account are as follows: X and Elon Musk
• An announcement from either account will be enough to trigger a resolution

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• Any circumstance prevents reliable tracking during the Market Period
• Both resolution sources are suspended, become unreliable or experience significant disruptions during the Market Period
