Market Details:

• Market Period: Upon publication date until December 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Market Close: December 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Resolution Time: December 25, 2025 at 00:00 AM UTC.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “ZEC" if the Zcash USDT price is above Monero at Resolution Time.
• Resolves to "XMR" if the Monero USDT price is above Zcash at Resolution Time.

Price values will be compared using real-time data from TradingView at Resolution Time:

• XMR (HTX): https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=HTX%3AXMRUSDT
• ZEC (Binance): https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=BINANCE%3AZECUSDT

In case the resolution source currently used for resolution becomes unreliable, unavailable, or experiences major changes, it may be changed to the next TradingView Spot source.

The comparison will be made using the Price as displayed on TradingView at the time of Resolution, specifically:

• 1-minute timeframe ("1m").
• "Close" price.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:

• TradingView is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions.
• Monero or Zcash are delisted from TradingView.
• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
