Market Dates:

• Observation Period: From the publication date to November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Market Close: November 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC, 24 hours before the end of the Observation Period.
• Resolution Time: This market will be resolved after the Observation Period has ended, or earlier if the outcome is reached.

Yes/No Criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if there is a military engagement between Venezuela and the United States of America during the Observation Period.
• Resolves to "No" if not.

Resolution:

• A military engagement will be considered as such if any incident involving the use of force by the U.S. or Venezuelan military forces occurs. This includes artillery fire, missile strikes, gunfire exchanges, or other forms of direct military engagement.
• Naval, aerial, and ground military engagements between the U.S. and Venezuelan military forces will be considered.
• Military engagements from one country that target the civilians of the opposing country will qualify for a “Yes” resolution.
• Any U.S. military strike that impacts Venezuelan land territory—or vice versa—will qualify for a “Yes” resolution.
• To confirm the United States of America’s participation in any military engagement, the official U.S. government’s communication channels will be used as the resolution source.
• To confirm Venezuela’s participation in any military engagement, the official Venezuela government’s communication channels will be used as resolution source.
• Reporting from Reuters, AP, and the BBC may be used as secondary resolution sources in the case that military engagement occurs, but neither government officially announces its involvement.

Cancelation Conditions:

The market will be cancelled if:

• Both resolution sources become unavailable, unreliable, or experience significant disruptions for prolonged periods.
• Any circumstance prevents determining the outcome.

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
