Market Dates:

• Observation Period: From the publication date to January 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Market Close: January 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Resolution Time: February 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, or earlier if a “Yes” outcome has been reached.

Yes/No Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if the Trump Administration submits a 48-hour report during the Observation Period, consistent with the War Powers Resolution regarding the implementation of U.S. armed forces into hostilities or imminent hostilities against Venezuela.
• Resolves to “No” if not.

Resolution Conditions:

• The market will resolve based on the listed date of the report. This market may stay open until Resolution Time to allow for a qualifying report to be published. Any report published after Resolution Time, even if qualifying for a “Yes” resolution, will no longer be subject to this markets outcome.

Resolution Sources:

• The NYU Law War Powers Resolution Reporting Project, the official U.S. government’s communication channels and the Congressional Record will be used as primary resolution sources.
• Reporting from Reuters, AP, and Bloomberg may be used as secondary resolution sources in the case the primary resolution sources fail to officially confirm a potentially qualifying report.

Cancellation Conditions:

• All listed resolution sources become unavailable, unreliable, or experience significant disruptions for prolonged periods.
• Any circumstance prevents determining the outcome conclusively.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
