• Resolution Time: The resolution will be determined after Time magazine has announced the outcome.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if the Person of the Year 2025 is human.
• Resolves to “No” if the Person of the Year 2025 is not human.

Resolution Details:

• This market will only resolve based on information published by Time magazine via its website or other official channels.
• If TIME names a group Person of the Year 2025, this market will resolve to “Yes” if most members of the group are human.
• If TIME names AI, animals, extraterrestrials or any other non-human entity as Person of the Year 2025, this market resolves to “No”

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions:

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• The resolution source is compromised or unavailable at Resolution Time.
• Time magazine doesn’t announce a Person of the Year for 2025 by the end of the first week of January.

If the market is canceled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancelation.
