Market Dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date to December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Market Close: December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Resolution Time: This market will be resolved once Spotify has officially announced the artist of the year 2025.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to the name of the Spotify top global artist for 2025, meaning they attracted the most streams of that year. For example, if Bad Bunny is declared the top artist of the year, this market resolves to “Bad Bunny”. In case an artist that is not one of the options wins, this market resolves to “Other.”
• This market will be resolved based on official announcements from Spotify’s official channels.
• This market will still resolve if the phrasing of “top global artist” is changed, as long as the meaning of the artist being the most-streamed on Spotify remains the same.

Cancelation Conditions:

The market will be canceled if:

• The resolution sources become unavailable at Resolution Time.
• Spotify has not announced the top artist of the year 2025 before Market Close.
• Any circumstance prevents determining the outcome.
• More than one artist is named as the top artist of the year.
