• Observation Period: From the publication date through July 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Market Close: July 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined on July 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC, or earlier if the outcome is reached

Resolution criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if the Pudgy Penguins NFT collection reaches a floor price equal to 17.69 ETH or higher on OpenSea within the Market Period
• Resolves to “No” if the Pudgy Penguins NFT floor does not reach 17.69 ETH within Market Period

Resolution details:

• This market will resolve based on the floor price of the official “Pudgy Penguins” collection on OpenSea as reported by their “Insights” chart feature for the "floor" price

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions:

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• OpenSea is suspended, becomes unreliable, or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period
• Any circumstance prevents reliable tracking during the Market Period

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
