Market Dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date through October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Market Closing: October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after CoinMarketCap uploads the Historical Snapshot for November 2, 2025.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to ”PENGU" if PENGU ranks higher than PUMP in the CoinMarketCap Cryptocurrency Historical Snapshot for November 2, 2025.
• Resolves to "PUMP" if PUMP ranks higher than PENGU in the CoinMarketCap Cryptocurrency Historical Snapshot for November 2, 2025.

Resolution Details:

• This market will resolve based on the ranking of CoinMarketCap only.
• Exclusively, the Historical Snapshot for November 2, 2025, will be used for resolution.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be cancelled/invalid if:

• CoinMarketCap is suspended, becomes unreliable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period or at Resolution Time.
• Any circumstance prevents reliable tracking during the Market Period.
• CoinMarketCap doesn’t upload a Historical Snapshot for November 2, 2025.
• PENGU and/or PUMP is delisted from CoinMarketCap.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
