Market Details:

• Market Close: This market will only be closed once a resolution is achieved
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined as soon as an outcome is reached
• Pump Target: $0.05000
• Dump Target: $0.02000

Resolution Criteria:

• The market resolves based on which condition is met first:
  • “$0.05” if the PENGU/USD price on GeckoTerminal reaches or exceeds the Pump Target
  • “$0.02” if the PENGU/USD price on GeckoTerminal drops to equal or below the Dump Target

Resolution details:

The market resolves based on the GeckoTerminal PENGU/USD spot price, using the 1-minute chart with the following specifications:

• 1-minute timeframe ("1m")
• "Price" and “USD” view
• "Close" price of each candle

In case the resolution source currently used for resolution becomes unreliable, unavailable, or experiences major changes, it may be changed to the next GeckoTerminal or DEX Screener PENGU pool with the highest liquidity at the time.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be cancelled/invalid if:

• The resolution source(s) become unavailable, unreliable or experience major changes
• Any circumstance that prevents reliable price tracking at the Resolution Deadline
• Myriad Markets undergoes a change in its contract that demands a cancellation of all active markets, or a similar significant technical change

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
