Market dates:

• Market Period: From publication date until August 14, 2025, at 11:59pm UTC
• Market Close: August 14, 2025 at 11:59pm UTC, a day before resolution
• Resolution Time: August 15, 2025, at 11:59pm UTC

Yes/No Criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if PENGU's market cap is strictly above $2,500,000,000 at resolution time
• Resolves to "No" if PENGU's market cap is exactly $2,500,000,000 or lower at resolution time

Resolution:

• The outcome will be determined using GeckoTerminal’s PENGU/SOL Market Cap chart, in USD, specifically:
  • 1-minute timeframe ("1m")
  • MCAP indicator
  • Close (C) price at August 15, 2025, 11:59 PM UTC

If the market cap value at resolution time is not available, the last available datapoint before 11:59 PM UTC will be used for resolution.

Cancelation Conditions:

The market will be canceled if:

• CoinGecko becomes unavailable
• PENGU is delisted from CoinGecko
• Any technical issues prevent reliable market cap verification
• Significant changes to the token's structure occur

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
