Market dates:

• Observation Period: From the time of market publication through July 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Market Close: July 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Resolution Deadline: The market will resolve on July 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC

Resolution criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if PENGU’s market cap is above $2 500 000 000 at the resolution deadline
• Resolves to "No" if PENGU’s market cap is equal to/lower than $2 500 000 000 at the resolution deadline
• This market resolves based on PENGU’s market cap at the Resolution Deadline, not if it exceeds $2.5B before the Deadline

• Resolution will be based on GeckoTerminal's market cap data for PENGU at July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM UTC (or the last available 1-minute candle before this time), using:

▪ 1-minute candle timeframe

▪ Market Cap view

▪ Close price (C)

Cancellation Conditions:

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• PENGU's GeckoTerminal page becomes unavailable
• Major technical issues affect the market cap calculation of PENGU
• PENGU experiences a significant contract upgrade or migration
• Substantial market manipulation is detected
• The data becomes unavailable or unreliable for accurate comparison

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
