Market dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date through July 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Market Closing: July 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after CoinMarketCap uploaded the Historical Snapshot for July 20, 2025

Resolution criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if PENGU is within the top 40 in the CoinMarketCap Cryptocurrency Historical Snapshot for July 20, 2025
• Resolves to "No" if PENGU isn't in the top 40

Resolution details:

• This market will resolve based on the ranking of CoinMarketCap only
• Exclusively the Historical Snapshot for July 20, 2025 will be used for resolution

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• CoinMarketCap is suspended, becomes unreliable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period
• Any circumstance prevents reliable tracking during the Market Period
• CoinMarketCap doesn’t upload a Historical Snapshot for July 20, 2025
• PENGU is delisted from CoinMarketCap

If the market is canceled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
