• Resolution Time: After the resolution source updates the data for the entirety of the Observation Period, or earlier if the outcome is already determined.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves “Yes” if the global stream total during the Observation Period exceeds the Market Target.
• Resolves “No” if it does not.

• This market resolves based on the Spotify Chart History for “All I Want for Christmas Is You” on Kworb.net, specifically the Global streams totals shown in the “Streams” tab for the “2025/12/24” and “2025/12/25” entries.
• Only the data displayed on the song’s Kworb stream history page for the Observation Period will be used.
• If the page updates earlier with information that makes the result definitive, the market may resolve early.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:

• The resolution source becomes unavailable, unreliable, or undergoes major format changes
• Spotify stream data for the track is not published or cannot be confirmed

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their positions at the time of cancellation, which may result in a profit or a loss.
