Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if “One Battle After Another” wins the Best Picture award at the 98th Academy Awards.
• Resolves to “No” if any other film wins.
• In the rare event of a tie for Best Picture, this market will resolve to “Yes” if “One Battle After Another” is among the winning films.

Resolution Details:

The result will be based on the official announcement by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), as confirmed on the Oscars’ official channels and ceremony broadcast. If the official source becomes unavailable or experiences significant delays, a consensus from credible entertainment media (such as The Hollywood Reporter or Variety) may be used.

Cancellation Conditions:

• The 98th Academy Awards ceremony is not held or no Best Picture award is presented.
• The official result cannot be reliably verified through AMPAS or credible reporting.
• Major format or eligibility changes make the Best Picture category unrecognizable or invalid for comparison.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on their share prices.
