The market resolves to:

“NVIDIA” if NVIDIA’s market capitalization is higher than Microsoft's on July 31st, 2025.

“Microsoft” if Microsoft’s market capitalization is higher than NVIDIA’s on July 31st, 2025.

Resolution details:

This market will only be resolved through historical data uploaded to https://companiesmarketcap.com/time-machine/ for July 31st.

Cancellation Conditions:

The market will be canceled/voided if:

• The resolution source is compromised or unavailable for prolonged periods
• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome definitively

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
