Market Dates:

• Observation Period: From publication date until December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Market Close: December 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC, a day before Resolution Time
• Resolution Time: The outcome will be determined on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC

Yes/No Criteria

• Resolves to "Yes" if the Fartcoin/SOL price on DEX screener reaches strictly above $2.61 at any point during the Observation Period
• Resolves to "No" if the Fartcoin/SOL price on DEX screener never exceeds $2.61 during the entire Observation Period

Resolution Details:

The DEX screener Fartcoin/SOL price using the Raydium pool will be used, monitored throughout the market and until its Resolution Time:

• 1 minute timeframe ("1m")
• "Original" view
• Price in USD
• Any 1-minute candle (Close Price)

Only the price of Fartcoin/SOL as quoted by DEX screener will be considered. The current ATH of $2.61 is set by CoinMarketCap

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• The DEX screener page (or an equivalent source) is not available for significant periods during the market duration
• The Fartcoin/SOL market is not available on DEX screener during the Observation Period
• Any other circumstance renders resolution impossible or unreliable based on the designated resolution source

If the market is canceled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
