• Market Target: 2,000,000 travelers.

Yes/No Criteria

• Resolves to "Yes" if TSA reports strictly more travelers than the Market Target through checkpoints during the Observation Period.
• Resolves to "No" if TSA reports exactly the Market Target or fewer travelers through checkpoints during the Observation Period.

Resolution Details:

• Only the final, official number published by TSA will be considered for resolution which are typically updated the following day.

Cancellation Conditions

• TSA's reporting system experiences technical issues.
• TSA changes their reporting methodology.
• The data becomes unavailable or is not published.
• Any major event disrupts normal air travel operations nationwide.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
