Market Dates:

• Market Close: April 10, 2026, at 12:20 PM UTC.
• Resolution Time: The resolution will be determined once the resolution source has uploaded the data for March 2026, currently expected to go live on April 10, 2026, at 12:30 PM UTC.

Resolution Criteria:

The market resolves to:

• “Gas” if the Average Price: Gasoline, Unleaded Regular (Cost per Gallon/3.785 Liters) in U.S. City Average  is higher than Milk’s in the March 2026 data published at Resolution Time.
• “Milk” if the Average Price: Milk, Fresh, Whole, Fortified (Cost per Gallon/3.8 Liters) in U.S. City Average is reported higher than Gasoline’s.

Resolution Details:

• This market will resolve based on the data published by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis regarding specifically the average price of:
  • GAS: “Gasoline, Unleaded Regular (Cost per Gallon/3.785 Liters) in U.S. City Average”
  • MILK: “Milk, Fresh, Whole, Fortified (Cost per Gallon/3.8 Liters) in U.S. City Average”.
• This market will consider price data up to the third decimal place for resolution.

Cancellation Conditions:

• The resolution source is compromised or unavailable for prolonged periods.
• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome definitively.
• The resolution source cancels or indefinitely postpones its March 2026 data.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
