Yes/No Criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if the KAITO/USDT price on Binance is strictly below the Market Target at Resolution Time.
• Resolves to "No" if the KAITO/USDT price on Binance is at or above the Market Target at Resolution Time.

Resolution Details:

• The Binance KAITO/USDT spot price will be used, specifically:
  • One-minute timeframe ("1m").
  • “Trading View“.
  • “Close” price.
• Only the price of KAITO/USDT as quoted by Binance (spot market) will be considered.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions

1. Binance is not available at the Resolution Time.
2. The KAITO/USDT spot market is not available on Binance at the Resolution Time.
3. Any other circumstance renders resolution impossible or unreliable based on the designated resolution source.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
