• Resolution Time: June 1, 2026, or earlier if an outcome is reached.
• Market Target: $52.00

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if the HYPE/USDT price on Binance is equal to or above the Market Target at any point during the Market Period.
• Resolves to “No” if not.

Resolution Details:

• The Binance HYPE/USDT futures price will be used, specifically:
  • One-minute timeframe ("1m").
  • “Trading View“.
• Only the price of HYPE/USDT as quoted by Binance will be considered.

Cancellation Conditions:

• The HYPE/USDT market on Binance is suspended or becomes unreliable.
• The Binance platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period.
• Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
