Market dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date through August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Market Close: August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after Market Close, or earlier if the outcome is reached

Resolution criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes” if the HYPE/USDT price on Tradingview reaches $69.69 or above
• Resolves to “No” if it doesn’t

Resolution details:

• The Tradingview HYPE/USDT spot price will be used, specifically the 1-minute chart to determine if HYPE was trading either at $69,69 USD or above during any time throughout the market period.

1. One day view (”1D”)
2. minute timeframe ("1m")
3. “Close” price of each candle

• Only the price of HYPE/USDT as quoted by Tradingview will be considered.

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• The HYPE/USDT spot market on Tradingview is suspended or becomes unreliable
• Tradingview is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period
• Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
