Market dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date through July 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM UTC
• Market Closing: July 6, 2025, at 01:00 PM UTC
• Resolution Deadline: July 7, 2025 at 23:59 or earlier whenever the outcome is determined.

Resolution criteria:

Resolves to the option which the BTC amount bought by Strategy during the Market Period falls into. For example, if Strategy buys 3,200 BTC, this market resolves to “>2k to ≤4k BTC”.

Resolution details:

• This market resolves based on any SEC 8-K filing or other official announcement confirming new Bitcoin
• If contradictory amounts are reported, SEC filings will take priority over other announcements.purchases during the Market Period

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• The resolution source is suspended, becomes unreliable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period
• Any circumstance prevents reliable tracking during the Market Period
